Patient Customer Service

After each service we send you an evaluation form. If ever our service is not 5 stars, please let us know. Your answer is confidential and we will do our utmost to ensure you patient satisfaction is guarenteed.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

We ask that for all services we are given 24-hour notice on any cancellation. If we are given less there is a mandatory $35 charge to your account. This policy is excluding Microblading and Permanent Cosmetics as they have their own policy procedures.

Child Policy

We love children, however our facility is unable to allow children who are not directly accopanied by an adult or guardian. We do not permit any child under the age of 15 years old to be in our facility without supervision.

Refunds and Exchanges

We have a no refund or exchange policy.
