Rachel Schulte
Rachel Schulte, a graduate of Missouri Baptist University, joined forces with her mother and founder Virginia Schulte in 2012 to continue to grow a successful business. Originally known as "St. Louis Permanent Cosmetic & Laser," the company rebranded as Laser Me! in 2015. Since then, they have expanded their services to include medical aesthetics and have experienced incredible growth. Rachel is responsible for overseeing the company's operations but takes great pride in mentoring talented women to help them reach their full potential in both business and beauty.
In addition to her managerial role, Rachel is certified in Laser Hair Removal and other anti-aging services.
While she rarely performs patient treatments herself, Rachel became a certified Neurofeedback Practitioner in 2022, utilizing Bio-Neurofeedback therapy resources as an alternative approach to mental health treatment. Specifically, she dedicates time each week to personally assist Military Veterans and First Responders who are facing challenges such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and more.
Looking ahead, Rachel is excited about the future of Laser Me! Not only do they plan on bringing superior resources and technology to the greater St. Louis area, but they also remain committed to giving back to the community and supporting those who sacrifice so much for others
Peter Davis
Peter held several careers in the past. However, he says none have been as rewarding as working with Laser Me as their Director of Operations since 2018. In his own words, "I have a passion for helping people achieve their aesthetic goals, delivering incredible results, and building long-lasting friendships with wonderful clients. At Laser Me, we strive to be ahead of the industry, offering our patients the newest and best technologies. I am proud to be a part of a team and family-owned and operated business that leads and exceeds the industry standards. Helping people with their aesthetic and wellness needs is what drives me. If I’m not at the office, you can find me sampling foods and drinks at fun and unique local restaurants and bars
I’m also someone who enjoys being outside as much as possible. My favorites are hiking, zip lining, traveling, and even backroad joyrides. On the days I can’t spend outside, you will find me shopping at local boutiques and consignment/resale & antique stores".

Ginnie Grimm
Ginnie, a California native, relocated to Missouri at the age of 28. With over 35 years of experience in the medical field and a specialization in Aesthetics for the past 17 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Having started her career in pediatrics, Ginnie developed a gentle touch and a compassionate approach when assisting patients with their aesthetic goals. She takes pride in being a proud mother to three grown sons, three wonderful daughters-in-law, and an adorable granddaughter.
In her career as an aesthetics specialist, Ginnie has worked with clients of all ages, helping them enhance their natural beauty and improve their self-confidence. Her expertise includes various non-surgical procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and chemical peels.

Melissa, a St. Louis Native, is the latest addition to our team at Laser Me. With over fourteen years of aesthetic experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as an Aesthetic Nurse.
