We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to ensure the best possible service. To monitor our level of customer service, we'll send out an evaluation form after each appointment. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of service, so if you find any aspect of your experience unsatisfactory, please don't hesitate to let us know. All feedback is treated confidentially, and we'll do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

To ensure the best experience for our customers, we require all appointments to be canceled within 24 hours of booking or a $50 fee will be charged to the customer's authorized payment method. Cancellations for Microblading and Permanent Cosmetics have their own respective policies as well. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Child Policy

At our facility, we prioritize the safety of children. For this reason, we have established a policy outlining that all minors must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times. For the protection of our visitors, we do not allow any child under 15 years old to enter without proper supervision. Thank you for understanding.

Due to safety requirements, children are not allowed in the Laser Procedure rooms unless authorized by our staff. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our Refund & Exchange Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products and services. All sales are final. All purchases are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase and must be used within that time frame.
